This is my first blog post. It looks to me that this could be a fun alternative to the standard discussion group used on formal course websites. Less formality may encourage more reflection and critical thinking in the learning community.
I would be thrilled to hear from you if you have tried blogs in your distance courses. I am sure that there will be a wide variety of opinions to be shared.
